About Angela

Kia Ora, Kia Orana.

I grew up with a single dad and two younger siblings, and from an early age life taught me resilience. With both of my parents struggling with alcohol, I had to grow up quickly. For many years I numbed my feelings just to get by, pushing them down so I could keep moving forward.

Everything shifted when I began my own healing journey. I learned how to embrace my feelings, release what I had been holding onto, reconnect with myself, and create a life I deeply love.

Now this is the space I hold for others. Through circles, kinesiology, workshops, energy healing, and tarot, I support those who feel stuck or disconnected to:

• Release what no longer serves them
• Reconnect with their true self
• Create a life that feels aligned, peaceful, and fulfilling
